Thangaperumal P(Managing Director)
Mr. Thangaperumal is a development professional with more than 19 years of experience in leading Child Protection projects across Asia. His core areas of work also include Livelihood, Disaster Management and Disability.
Subramaniam Siva (Director)
Mr. Subramania Siva, is a retired officer from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. As the State Convener of Tamil Nadu People’s Forum for Land Rights, he works towards improving the lives of tribal communities.
Shakila Muthuswamy (Finance Controller)
Ms. Shakila has more than 10 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically focusing on microfinance and financial empowerment of women in poverty.
Mary Flora (Finance & Documentation Officer)
Ms. Flora handles Finance department of our organization. She is responsible for overall management of bookkeeping and accounting tasks and keep a track of bank deposits and expenditure as per the financial guidelines.
